How We Review: ALPH365's Published Method
A guide that will not say how it works is asking for trust it has not earned. ALPH365 is an independent guide — not a casino, no deposits, no games, no player balances — and this page is the method behind every operator description on the site: eight checks, the evidence that satisfies each one, and a plain list of the things we will not claim. 21+ only.
Why publish a method at all
Because without one, every sentence about an operator is unfalsifiable. If you know which eight questions we asked, you can ask them yourself, and you can tell the difference between a finding and an opinion. It also keeps us honest internally: a fixed list is harder to quietly skip when the answer is inconvenient.
The eight checks
| Check | The question we ask | Why it matters to you |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | Is a licensee and a regulator named in text, on the operator's own pages? | A badge image proves nothing; a named licensee is something a regulator can be asked about |
| Payment rails | Which named rails are offered, and does the cashier state its own limits and cut-offs? | Rails decide whether a transfer is instant or waits for a banking day |
| Terms clarity | Can wagering, expiry and maximum-bet rules be found and understood in one reading? | Unreadable terms are where a bonus quietly becomes a lock on your own money |
| KYC rules | Which documents are asked for, and when is verification triggered? | Knowing in advance means verification is not blocking your first withdrawal |
| Complaint route | Does escalation go past first-line chat, and is a regulator named? | A dispute with no route out of the chat window is a dispute you lose |
| Responsible-gaming tools | Are limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion self-service, or do you have to ask? | A control you must request from support is a control that arrives late |
| Support channels | Which channels exist, in what language, in what hours? | Problems happen at night; a route to a human matters more than a response-time promise |
| App distribution | Where does the app come from and how is it updated? | Outside a store, the source and the signature are your only protections |
The order is deliberate. Licence and payments come first because they decide whether the rest of the page is worth writing.
Evidence we accept
- The operator's own published pages — terms, cashier, verification policy, complaints, responsible gaming — read as written rather than as summarised in a banner.
- Regulator and payment-provider material that is published publicly and does not depend on us holding an account.
- Internal contradictions, which are evidence in themselves: a promotion page that disagrees with its own terms tells you which one is the marketing.
- Silence, recorded as silence. 'Not disclosed' goes on the page unaltered.
What we do not accept: a screenshot from a stranger, a figure quoted by another affiliate site, a testimonial, or a number with no source. If a claim cannot be traced to something a reader can open, it does not get written down.
Claims we refuse to make
This is the part most guides leave out, so it is worth stating bluntly. We hold no accounts and run no tests on anybody's cashier, so the following never appear here as our own findings.
- How fast your withdrawal will be paid. Timing is set by the operator and the rail, and the operator's cashier page is the only current source.
- Minimums, fees, maximums and bonus amounts stated as fact on our page. Those move; we describe the mechanism and send you to the cashier.
- "We tested it." We did not.
- A score, a star rating or a ranked list of best operators.
- A named human reviewer with invented credentials. The site is published under its own name instead.
- Any promise about outcomes. No strategy on this site makes a negative-expectation game profitable, and we will not imply otherwise.
Money: partner links
Some outbound links here are partner links, and we may earn a commission if you register after using one. That is how an independent guide pays for itself, and you should know it before you click rather than afterwards.
The boundary is simple and absolute: payment buys placement of a link, never a word of the surrounding text. No operator sees a draft, no operator can have a finding removed, and where a partner's terms are badly written the page says they are badly written. A commission that required us to describe an undisclosed licence as disclosed is a commission we would decline.
Keeping pages current
Each page shows when it was published and when it last changed. Operator detail ages fastest, which is why our default is to explain how a thing works and point at the operator's live page for the number — a page that explains a mechanism is still true next quarter, and a page that froze a fee is wrong within weeks.
Corrections are welcome and are not arguments. Tell us the page and the sentence through the contact route on our about page; if we got it wrong, it changes and the modified date records it.
The limits of this site
ALPH365 is a guide and nothing more. It is not a casino, not an operator, not an agent: no deposits are taken, no games are run, no balances are held, and no dispute can be settled from here. If you need something done to an account, it is the operator's support first, then your e-wallet's in-app help, then PAGCOR's published complaint channel.
Everything here is written for adults aged 21 and over, and treats gambling as paid entertainment with a cost to decide in advance — not as a way to make money.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are there no ratings on this site?
Because one number hides eight unrelated answers and then invites you to trust the number. Each check is reported in its own words instead, including when the operator says nothing.
Do you open accounts and test cashiers?
No. We read published material. Any claim that depends on holding an account — payout speed above all — is one we deliberately do not make.
What counts as evidence for you?
Something a reader can open: the operator's own terms, cashier and policy pages, or public regulator and payment-provider material. Not screenshots from strangers or figures recycled from other affiliate sites.
Are the links on this site paid?
Some are partner links which may pay us a commission. They never change the wording around them, and no operator reviews a draft before publication.
Why do you not print processing times?
Because they are the operator's to set and they change. We explain what makes a transfer fast or slow and point you to the cashier page for the figure in force today.
Who is the author?
The site is published under the ALPH365 name by the team that maintains it. We do not invent bylines or credentials — a fabricated expert is a worse signal than none.
Can you intervene with an operator for me?
No. We have no access to any operator's systems or to your account. The escalation route is set out on our scams page and in the operator's own complaints policy.
